Evolving Workplace Project

The Evolving Workplace initiative seeks to provide support to Association members as they navigate the impact of changes in work, the workforce and the workplace. Support will be provided in three areas: 

• Curating Experiences: organizing the growing body of information in this field and making it accessible to members.
   
• Engaging Members: convening members to discuss current developments and experiences, and engaging consultants and experts on issues of importance.
   
• Creating Resources: creating decision frameworks, tools and checklists to help members evaluate the factors critical to designing the future workplace. 

As part of its mission, the Evolving Workplace initiative will collaborate closely with the Future Workplace Policy Council to identify the public policy implications of the changing workplace and help policymakers understand the challenges and opportunities workers and employers face as they navigate these changes.
