Registration is still available for the HR Policy Fall Global Labor Relations & Employment Conference on November 14-15, which will include perspectives from Congress, various labor policy experts and practitioners, and our global allies.  The agenda will feature:
  • A congressional outlook from House Education and the Workforce Chair Virginia Foxx (R-NC);

  • The continuing saga of "Who's the Boss" from a liability perspective both in the U.S. and around the globe, featuring NYU Law School Professor Samuel Estreicher and World Employment Confederation President Annemarie Muntz of Randstad;

  • Various perspectives on U.S. employment policy from former DOL Solicitor Gene Scalia of Gibson Dunn, former NLRB Members Wilma Liebman (Chair), Harry Johnson III, and Marshall Babson; former Acting Secretary of Labor Seth Harris, and former FMCS Director Allison Beck;
