The Association’s Recruiting Software Initiative (RSI) Review Board has awarded PandoLogic two Badges of Excellence for Adaptability and Returns.
PandoLogic demonstrated their AI-enabled programmatic job advertising solution for corporations to the RSI Review Board.
PandoLogic automates the job advertising process and has been operating in this space for more than a decade. Demonstrated through case studies and detailed webinars, the application helps corporations reduce the cost of acquiring applicants to open requisitions and connect open jobs with unique and engaged markets.
The RSI was created to help the Association's membership better understand the new talent acquisition software solutions that have the ability to improve efficiencies within the hiring and recruiting life-cycle. The RSI Review Board is a dedicated team of talent acquisition leaders from member companies that collaborate to assess these applications.
A member-exclusive RSI database provides valuable insights into this emerging market and information on vendors that have participated in the assessment process. Input from additional vendors will be added, and existing information will be updated to provide as broad a perspective as possible.
