A new Association white paper synthesizes the findings from interviews with 12 member CHROs on how companies address environmental, social, and governance issues, with a focus on the role of the CHRO.
Companies that participated in the report include CVS Health, Dick’s Sporting Goods, General Mills, HP Inc., ManpowerGroup, Marriott International, The Procter & Gamble Company, and VF Corporation.

The paper addresses the role of the CHRO in sustainability issues more broadly, including as steward of company culture and company social capital, and as counselor to the CEO.
