Mexico is one of the most turbulent countries in the world today in terms of the current employee relations climate.  Despite the COVID-19 infection growing at its highest rate, the government is switching from an aggressive lockdown to reopening the country, Susan Preito, the national labor heroine of the 2019 Matamoros strike has been arrested, and labor reforms have only been half implemented.
