President Trump recently announced several key nominations for positions within the Department of Labor (DOL):
Former New York Representative Anthony D’Esposito was nominated for Inspector General.
Jonathan Berry, a former head of the DOL’s regulatory office and current partner at Boyden Gray, was selected to serve as Solicitor General. Berry is also known for authoring labor policy proposals for Project 2025.
Andrew Rogers, currently Acting General Counsel at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, was nominated to lead the DOL’s Wage and Hour Division.
David Castillo, a financial adviser with Edward Jones, was chosen to serve as the DOL’s Chief Financial Officer.
