We have published two new podcasts this week: The first is a classic BEERG Bytes discussion on the technical solutions for interpreted EWC hybrid and remote meetings with Daniel Beuster, Project Manager with Context. Daniel tells us that their careful testing and evaluation of interpreted online solutions resulted in prioritising 2 purpose-designed platforms. As hybrid meetings become the standard, additional platforms are likely to emerge and develop, Context is happy to explore the best suited technical solution for your purposes.
The second is the latest in our Knowing Me Knowing EU series on the EU social policy legislative agenda. Tom Hayes looks at the EU's legislative agenda on HR and labour relations as both the EU Parliament and Commission near the end of their 5-year mandates. Though things will quieten down from April to June 2024, there is plenty on the agenda, including a "third wave" of information and consultation obligations coming, via directives: Platform Workers, AI Liability, Corporate Due Diligence... and more.
Both episodes (and our archive) are available from Spotify Podcasts or via your favourite Podcast search engine. Just search for “BEERG Bytes” including: Spotify / Google Podcasts / Apple Podcasts /
