Council Goals
- Develop initiatives that support greater equity
- Provide valuable tools and resources on representation
- Build a sustainable diverse talent pipeline and culture of belonging
Role of the Advisory Board
- Provide input on the Council’s objectives and workstreams and help lead discrete projects under those workstreams
- Serve as the eyes and ears for Council staff with respect to observed developing trends and best practices
- Serve as a resource to Council staff, and where practicable, HR Policy Members
