Headquartered in Arlington, VA, the Center was created at the direction of the Board of Directors of HR Policy Association (HRPA), and currently represents more than 140 companies across multiple industries. The Center works with HRPA to support the critically important work of CHROs as well as provide them with a stronger voice in the executive compensation debate.
