The Institute Advisory Board
The Institute is guided by an Advisory Board consisting of 15 Chief Human Resource Officers and Total Rewards Officers from America’s largest employers. These HR leaders help shape the Institute’s practice and policy agenda.

The Institute Staff provides legislative and regulatory analysis of health care policies and advocates for the Association before Congress and the Administration.
The Path Forward
The Path Forward for Mental Health and Substance Use is a private sector initiative aimed at driving market-based improvements in access and care for Americans with behavioral health care needs.
