solid foundation in the field, this course is for you!
Open to staff of HR Policy member companies, including CHROs, rewards professionals, and others who aspire to senior HR/CHRO roles, the course can also be helpful for non-HR professionals, such as finance or legal department members who may benefit from a fundamental understanding of the basics of executive compensation.
Fundamentals is a virtual, instructor-led program consisting of three 3-hour sessions, taking place on February 18-20, 2025.
