Victor focuses on helping organizations reimagine their people strategies and HR capabilities to deliver business results, enhance talent experience, and anticipate and embrace future workforce challenges. In his more than 25 years as a management consultant, he has designed and implemented programs that include HR organization strategy, service delivery, and technology redesign as well as workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, and change management and organization design. Victor has served clients in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and a range of industries, with a focus on energy, manufacturing, and engineering and construction companies. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
