  • Led a global client through HR operating model design and HCM system selection. Supported the HR workforce transformation and skills alignment with the future state design and deployment of Oracle HR including Time & Attendance. Selected and implemented Eightfold for skills management

  • Advised a global services firm through the development of their HR operating model, service delivery model and workforce transformation
