Olga Romanova
Olga Romanova is a senior associate in Spencer Stuart’s New York office, specializing in recruiting senior human resources executives across all industries and geographies. As a member of the firm’s Human Resources Practice, Olga focuses her search work on recruiting chief human resources officers, rewards leaders and senior talent management, as well as HR generalist and specialist positions. In addition to her broad HR search experience, Olga specializes in recruiting executives in the talent space and has a proven track record of working on chief talent officer, head of talent as well as talent management and talent acquisition assignments across various industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Olga spent four years as a Principal in the Human Resources Practice at another international executive search firm, where she focused on recruiting HR executives in life sciences, healthcare, technology, financial services, industrial, consumer and retail industries.
Previously, Olga spent time in the internal human resources capacity with HeartShare Human Services of New York, where she was a Human Resources Business Partner focusing on talent management and talent development.
Olga is a graduate of Saint Petersburg State University in Russia with a B.A. in Organizational Psychology. She earned her M.S. in Human Resources Management from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
