Kelly Dill
Kelly leads Cigna's National Accounts Existing Business organization. In this role she is responsible for the strategy, retention, and growth of our National Accounts segment.
She provides management and oversight for this $3.8 billion business that services more than 10 million customers. Her responsibilities include setting and delivering upon the National Account segment’s growth and retention strategy by helping national employers successfully execute on their established business priorities using Cigna benefits solutions.
Prior to her role leading National Accounts existing business, Kelly served as Chief Operating Officer for Cigna's National Accounts business segment which encompassed products and services across a diverse and integrated health and financial protection portfolio including Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, Voluntary, Life, Disability, and Behavioral/EAP. Kelly has also previously served as a National Accounts Market Manager for the North Central region and National Accounts Region Lead for the West region.
Kelly has been with Cigna for more than 18 years and has worked within the health insurance industry for over two decades. She has experience in many different roles including case implementation, case setup, billing and eligibility, national proposal management, and as a National Account Executive in support of Fortune 100 companies.
