Jan is a talent acquisition professional with over 25 years of experience. Currently leading Oracle’s Global Talent Acquisition team, Jan’s Oracle career has spanned decades and continents. Having worked in the US, Singapore and India, Jan has continuously brought innovation and creativity to improving the recruiting function. With a strong passion for technology and connecting people, Jan has helped create a best in class recruiting function here at Oracle.
Since taking over as the global lead for Talent Acquisition at Oracle in 2019, Jan has been transforming the team by focusing on several key strategic priorities: adopting technology to improve our processes and efficiency, promoting internal mobility and career development, enhancing both the candidate and hiring manager experiences, and instilling diversity and inclusion into everything we do.
