Fiona, who held the position of CEO at Spring International, brings extensive experience conducting research and providing solutions to both for-profit and non-profit organizations with specific expertise in employee engagement, employee relations, change management, and human capital analytics.

Born and raised in Britain, Fiona has provided research and consultancy services in the U.K., Europe, and the U.S. Her international experience adds a unique perspective to understanding organizational culture and communications. She has authored articles focusing on the impact of people analytics and organizational downsizing.

Fiona excels in designing and conducting people analytics projects that combine employee attitudinal data with HR, financial, and operational metrics in the retail, logistics, and manufacturing industries. Her goal is to help clients demonstrate the ROI and financial impact of engagement on the bottom line. Most recently, her work in diversity, equity, and inclusion assessments and people analytics has helped companies improve the employee experience across various industries.

Fiona holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Bristol, U.K., was an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Wolverhampton, U.K., and is actively involved with leading HR think tanks and membership organizations such as the Wharton Research Advisory Group and the Innovation Research Interchange.

Fiona is also an adjunct professor teaching people analytics at Villanova University in Philadelphia.
