Barry Kirk is a Partner at Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute, where he leads a team of consultants dedicated to helping organizations achieve growth through thriving workplace cultures and customer-focused leadership.

With 20 years of experience in customer experience and customer loyalty consulting, Barry’s work focuses on supporting leaders in building deep and meaningful relationships with one another, their team members, and their customers. Barry is an untiring advocate for the principle that “Consumers are human beings first” and that the best way to improve customer outcomes lies in improving the skills, empathy, and insights of an organization’s leaders.

Prior to joining Chapman & Co., Barry led the customer loyalty and employee engagement consulting practice for global motivation leader Maritz Motivation and held a senior leadership position at Bunchball, a Silicon Valley-based start-up focused on digital engagement. Barry holds a Bachelor of Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP).
