Zach Georgeson
Zach has over 21 years of consulting experience and is a member of WTW’s extended global Executive Compensation and Board Advisory leadership team. He spends most of his time advising public company Boards and management teams on the full range of governance, incentive design, disclosure and related technical topics that companies routinely deal with.
From an external perspective, Zach has led many technical client roundtables, and has helped develop numerous intellectual capital tools over the years, including the firm’s U.S. Executive Compensation Guiding Principles. He has also been a featured panelist on executive compensation trends and issues.
Zach also helps lead WTW’s restructuring compensation practice nationally, and frequently leads assignments at the largest and most complex restructuring matters in the country. As part of this work, he often testifies in bankruptcy court as an expert witness on incentive and retention plans.
Prior to joining WTW, he was an executive compensation manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP and worked as a consultant for Capital H Group.
Zach holds a B.S. degree in finance from Indiana University in Bloomington.
