Stephanie Lilak
Stephanie is a seasoned HR leader with over 30 years of experience and is the Chief People Officer at Mondelez International. She is also an independent board member at First Watch Restaurants, where she serves as Chair of the compensation committee and as a member of the audit committee.
In her current role, Stephanie drives the strategic human resources agenda for Mondelez's global enterprise, developing and implementing talent, organization, and culture strategies to accelerate the growth of the business. She leverages her expertise in change management, organization design, leadership development, and talent management to foster a diverse, inclusive, and innovative work environment for Mondelez's employees and customers. She also partners with the CEO and other executives to align the HR vision and objectives with the company's mission and values.
