Reem leads our Human Capital Compliance Offering and has over twenty years of experience helping clients navigate and address complex organizational transformation challenges. These challenges are often driven by business model changes, cost pressures, and disruptions from regulations. Her expertise spans a wide array of areas, including workforce strategy, policies and procedures, operating model and organization design, HR strategy and transformation, talent strategy and process design and contingent workforce management. 

She holds both a Juris Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
