As European Labor Relations Director/Syndikusrechtsanwalt at GE Vernova, Ralf is responsible for Labor Relations activities and practices for GE Power in Europe. He provides guidance for Senior Leaders from all Power P&L's in the deployment of key initiatives in alignment with business objectives while ensuring a constructive social dialogue.
