Niranjana leads the People agenda for Mondelez's end to end Supply Chain network across South East Asia - including 10 plants, the customer service/ logistics teams across 6 markets and their enabling functions - touching the lives of over 6,000 MDLZ colleagues. In previous roles, she has partnered HR for a diverse set of senior leaders; led Talent Acquisition for 6 markets; led the global learning, talent and OD functions for a large conglomerate, been an independent OD consultant and also worked in consulting roles in both HR and Operational Risk.
