Mike Oclaray
Mike Oclaray is a senior member of WTW’s Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice. Based in Los Angeles, he specializes in the review and design of compensation programs for executives and outside board members. Mike works with organizations to:
• Clarify the executive compensation strategy
• Develop the performance measurement framework
• Design cash- and equity-based incentive programs
• Evaluate the alignment of executives’ realizable pay with corporate performance
• Assess pay programs’ relationship with corporate risk
• Consider implications of shareholder adviser guidelines and regulatory developments on the governance of executive pay programs.
Mike has assisted clients in a wide range of industries, including airlines, automotive marketing and distribution, chain restaurants, commercial services, casino gaming and leisure, consumer products, energy services, health care, manufacturing and retail.
