Hee Won (Marina) Moon is a U.S.-qualified attorney at Kim & Chang specializing in regulatory compliance and corporate investigations, spanning diverse issues including bribery, data privacy, sexual and other harassment, fraud, and antitrust. Her practice also encompasses the labor and employment law issues that frequently accompany corporate investigations, and she has extensive experience in navigating the complex and often employee-friendly Korean labor regime. After more than ten years in the Seoul office of Kim & Chang, she is currently based in the firm’s Singapore office. Ms. Moon began her career at a global law firm in New York, where she represented clients in a variety of corporate investigations and disputes. She completed her undergraduate studies at Seoul National University, and holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
