Functional lead and member of the EMEA HR Leadership team responsible for EMEA Employee Relations, Global HR Privacy, Security & Governance and EMEA D&I. EMEA remit covers 25,000 employees across 72 countries. Built up and developed the EMEA ER function from a single resource to a highly effective centre of excellence responsible for the design, development and delivery of the EMEA employee relations strategy. Particular focus and interest in 17 countries with complex industrial relations landscapes and legal jurisdictions including France, Germany, Benelux, Poland and South Africa. Lead a large global team.
