An Associate Director in the Global Employee Relations team with responsibility for Industrial Relations including co-ordination of internal change programmes with geographic HR leads and Employment Law teams. I also lead HR Compliance activities and am a key point of contact within Accenture for both the HR Policy Association (HRPA) and the Brussels European Employee Relations Group (BEERG).
