Christian Pereira
Christian Pereira has been with Mercer for more than 20 years. He is currently the Director of Executive Compensation and Pay for Results at Mercer for Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as the leader of the Executive Compensation Community of Interest (COI) in the region.
Previously, he served as the Director of the Executive Compensation and Pay for Results businesses at Mercer México and Mercer Brazil. In these roles, he advised clients on rewards and human capital projects in areas such as compensation strategy, board compensation, executive pay, design of variable incentive plans, short- and long-term incentives, performance management, sales effectiveness, total remuneration surveys, salary structures, job evaluation systems, succession plans, and human resource policies and benefits. His clients include boards of directors, compensation committee members, C-level and HR leaders at large multinationals, subsidiaries and Latin companies.
Early in his HR career, Christian worked at a multinational electronics company and multinational energy company before assuming roles in the financial and technology industry. Prior to joining Mercer, he held consulting roles at Aon Hewitt and Willis Towers Watson.
