Cara brings more than 20 years of human resources and leadership experience to the role with a focus on scaling HR operations, recruiting, and learning & development at fast-moving, global companies. Cara will lead Lattice’s global People team, including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, HR business partners, total rewards, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Most recently, Cara was the Senior Vice President at Udemy, where she led the company through substantial global growth and recent IPO. In addition to founding PeopleTech Partners and StartupHR, Cara has held human resources leadership positions at Planet, Pinterest, and Adobe.
