Camille Chang Gilmore
Camille Chang Gilmore serves on the board of directors for WittKieffer, providing expert governance advice and strategic counsel to the firm. Camille is a highly regarded executive who has more than 25 years of human resources and diversity leadership experience. She is currently Vice President of Human Resources and Global Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer (CDEIO) for medical device and healthcare firm Boston Scientific, helping to oversee and support for nearly 41,000 employees in over 130 countries.
As CDEIO, Camille drives global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and programs that recognize and value the unique talents, attributes, and contributions of the company’s staff. Since joining Boston Scientific in 2004, she has been instrumental in driving change and building a company culture prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion. This includes spearheading the Close the Gap health equity initiative, global community engagement, promoting supplier diversity as well as leading U.S. diversity recruiting programs. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, Camille held HR roles at market-leading companies and organizations including Federal Express, Exxon Chemical Company, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, IBM, and the State of Oregon.
Camille is a prominent speaker and leader and was selected as one of Savoy Magazine’s 2016 Top Influential Women in Corporate America, The Network Journal’s 2018 Top 25 Black Women in Business, and DiversityGlobal Magazine‘s 2020 Top 10 Influential Women in Diversity. In her spare time, she gives back to her community and society. She serves on the boards of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Foundation, the Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies (GTCYS), Disability:IN, and is a liaison to the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) organization. Camille is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
