Stan Sherrill
Stan Sherrill is an experienced Senior Human Resources Executive, labor attorney and leader with experience working in a variety of industries and representing major domestic and international companies in private law practice. He is a former member of the Enterprise Leadership Team at Duke Energy, which is the largest investor owned utility in the United States and a Fortune 150 company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Stan is skilled in Human Resources, Labor and Employment Law, Labor Relations, Crisis Management, Workforce Development and Communications. He is a strong human resources professional with a B.A. from UNC Charlotte and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
Stan was appointed by North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper as a commissioner for the NCWorks Commission, which is the North Carolina Workforce Development Board.
