Brian Monroe serves as Vice President, Labor Relations of DaVita Kidney Care based in Denver.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer of DaVita, Kenny Gardner, Brian serves as the key leader for all company efforts related to labor relations. Partnering closely with the People Services Team, he develops consistent policies and procedures to implement a vision for strategic and proactive initiatives to boost employee relations.
