As Director of Membership Engagement, Christen is responsible for membership recruitment, onboarding, and expanding participation. Christen joins us from ArmadaHealth, where she was responsible for managing the onboarding process for new client accounts, as well as managing marketing campaigns and coordinating implementation, training, and the financial aspects of her accounts. She has extensive experience in sales support, marketing, customer service and operations.
