Carolyn K. Fisher
Carolyn Fisher leads the Association’s US Labor Relations training. Carolyn is a seasoned labor and employee relations professional with more than 30 years of experience. She began her career practicing law with Ford Harrison in Atlanta, Georgia, for more than eight years. She then transitioned to in-house roles of increasing responsibility with Coca-Cola Enterprises, DHL Express, Ingersoll Rand, and finally PepsiCo, where she retired as Vice President of PepsiCo Global Labor Relations and PepsiCo Foods North America Labor Relations. Her labor experience includes managing union organizing and decertification campaigns, collective bargaining, managing through strikes, and managing in a union environment. In addition, Carolyn has extensive experience guiding organizations through human rights complaints under the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and managing relationships with global union federations. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and received her J.D. from Wake Forest University.
