As the chief human resources officer and senior vice president, administration, Brian Silva is focused on delivering solutions to human capital issues and managing the company's corporate real estate activities. Prior to FMCNA, Brian was chief human resources officer at Gentiva Health Services, the country's leader in home health and hospice care. Before Gentiva, he served as chief human resources officer, senior vice president, administration, and corporate secretary for Linens N Things and held senior HR roles at The Guardian Insurance Company and Allstate Insurance.
Brian received master's degrees from Columbia University in organizational psychology and from New York Institute of Technology in human resources management. Brian is past chairman of the board for the Society for Human Resource Management and a board member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.
