Andrew Maletz is Vice President, Compensation Research and Practice for the Center On Executive Compensation. Andrew joined the Center in September 2019 from Institutional Shareholder Services: Corporate Solutions (ICS) and Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), US Research. With ICS, Andrew served as a Corporate Advisor to US and US-listed companies on executive compensation and corporate governance concerns. While at ISS Research, Andrew developed benchmark voting policies for shareholder and management proposals related to corporate governance, executive compensation, mergers & acquisitions, and environmental & social issues. He has approximately 15 years of research and evaluation, financial analysis, and policy development experience, including seven years specifically within the fields of corporate governance, executive compensation, and proxy advisory.
In his current role, Andrew is responsible for Subscriber engagement, education and advice on a broad range of executive compensation and governance topics, including overseeing the Center’s monthly surveys and discussion calls as well as Center Subscriber briefings, practice briefs and other writings.
Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from American University.
