- Direct the Department of Labor to report when companies move call center jobs overseas;
- Make companies that use overseas call centers "ineligible for Federal grants or guaranteed loans;" and
- Require companies to disclose call center locations to consumers and to give consumers the option to transfer to a domestic call center.
