Melissa Anderson Becomes Chair of Association's Recruiting Software Initiative

February 15, 2019

HR Policy is pleased to announce that Melissa Anderson, Executive Vice President, Administration and Chief Human Resources Officer at Duke Energy Corporation, will be taking over as Recruiting Software Initiative (RSI) Chair.

“I know Melissa is passionate about this emerging market,” said Mike McGuiness, HR Policy’s Director of Talent Initiatives.  “She has a terrific sense of how these applications can support a company’s goals, but also understands the potential drawbacks.”

A member-exclusive RSI database provides valuable insights into this emerging market and information on specific vendors that have participated in the assessment process.  New vendors are always participating in RSI, so the RSI Database is always growing and adapting to the new information it receives and the assessments the RSI Review Board provides on each.

RSI webinars are now open for any HR Policy member to attend.  The webinars are hosted by the RSI Review Board with vendors to see the true functionality of their respective applications.

The RSI was launched in 2018 in response to membership feedback, and was skillfully guided by Stephanie Lundquist, former CHRO for Target.  Ms. Lundquist stepped away from her role as RSI Chair after becoming President of Food and Beverage for Target.

The next RSI webinar is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET on Friday, February 22 with PandoLogic, an AI-enabled programmatic job advertising platform for enterprise companies and staffing firms with high-volume hiring needs.
