BEERG: Germany Responds to Job Losses Resulting from Digitization with New Support for Employee Training

Germany’s “Qualification Opportunities Act” extends financial support for training to employees, providing employees and employers the opportunity for reimbursement for a portion of training expenses incurred.

The funding aims to support the further training of employees whose activities are affected by the structural transformation resulting from digitalization, or those who are in special demand ("bottleneck professions").
