Work Location Restrictions

HR Policy Association supports the ability of employers under federal law to determine the location of new work that is not already covered by a collective bargaining without having to first bargain with the union or having the employer's reasons for where the work is to be located challenged by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).  The Association strongly opposed the issuance of a complaint by the acting NLRB General Counsel against a company for using union activity as a factor in determining the location of a new assembly line.
