Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

Foreign-born workers play a vital role in the U.S. economy, contributing to the global competitiveness of American companies while benefitting American workers and communities. This is particularly true of beneficiaries of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, many of whom are valuable employees of HR Policy member companies. HR Policy is committed to working with policymakers to ensure that immigration policy benefits American companies, workers, communities, and the American economy. A statutory authorization of the DACA program would be an important step toward this objective.
