Executive compensation continues to change at a breakneck speed in response to changes mandated by the Dodd-Frank Act, new governance practices and regulatory requirements as well as increasing demands from external stakeholders. The Center On Executive Compensation is pleased to offer a practical seminar addressing the role of Senior HR executives in leading the executive compensation function. This unique program focuses not only on providing greater insight into the external environment influencing executive compensation, but also provides essential insight on working with the compensation committee chair, outside consultant and the CEO. It will include discussions by regulators, shareholder activists and compensation committee chairs and CHROs. The course is led by Charles G. Tharp, CEO of the Center On Executive Compensation and Timothy J. Bartl, the Center’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel. The course runs from Noon on May 29 through 5 p.m. on May 30.
