Labor Relations Advisory Board

Responsibilities

Assists in formulating Association policy on labor and employment issues pending before Congress and federal agencies, including decisions and actions by the National Labor Relations Board involving union organizing elections, collective bargaining, expansion of the concept of protected concerted activity, etc. Provides a networking opportunity for benchmarking, identifying trends, and sharing best practices and experiences of how companies are handling issues of common concern.
